Jennifer A. Valice joined Zausmer, Kaufman, August, Caldwell & Tayler, P.C., after nearly a decade of practice with Allstate Insurance Company. Ms. Valice brought to the Firm her expertise in insurance issues coupled with her significant trial experience.
Ms. Valice is experienced in all aspects of insurance defense litigation. While at Allstate she focused her practice on first and third-party automobile cases, premises liability and various coverage issues. By the time of her departure from Allstate, Ms. Valice was the primary attorney in Allstate's Litigation Fraud Unit. In this capacity she worked closely with local police and fire departments throughout the State of Michigan.
During her years with the Firm, Ms. Valice has continued to represent Allstate, as well as other large insurance companies including Nationwide Insurance Company, Titan Insurance Company and Philadelphia Insurance Companies, utilizing her extensive experience in the litigation of high exposure cases.
Ms. Valice is well known in courthouses throughout Michigan. Throughout her years of practice, Ms. Valice has tried over 50 cases to final jury verdict, including trials focusing on complex coverage issues. Over the course of her career, her excellent reputation has lead to her appointment as an arbitrator on countless matters.
Ms. Valice is also active in community affairs and serves on the Board of Directors for Jack's Place for Autism.
